The material is 60% PU and 40% rayon. It feels like suede. The bottom side of the sleeves is a different material than the rest of the jacket. I should be able to keep this packaged in sealed plastic bags to keep it under a pound which will allow for first class packaging. If you want this shipped in a box I can quote the difference in shipping costs. Comes from a non-smoking home with a family pet dog. Armpit to armpit is 17″Shoulder seam to edge of sleeve is 25″Bottom to arm opening to bottom of arm opening is 19″ (I consider this your bust measurement) The bottom closure snaps together at the front for a nice straight line.
