Costumes The size charts that we use for costumes come from either the costume company or a third party company that we get the size chart from. The costume sizes vary depending on the manufacturer. We do not personally measure the t-shirts and costumes. If you need specific measurements, we are able to get additional measurements for you. Please be specific on what measurements you need and a response is dependant on how busy the pending orders are during that time.Purchasing Multiple Items EBay DOES NOT automatically combine your order on multiple items purchased or the shipping and handling costs. You need to contact us through EBAY MESSAGES in order to get your order combined properly. Sending an automated request through eBay is not seen through our customer service and your order may not be combined. Here is how you can get your orders combined: 1) Click « Buy it now » (only if you are seriously committed to buying the item) on one of the items that you would like to purchase (if the item requires immediate payment, let me know through EBay messages). 2) DO NOT pay for the item through PayPal yet. 3) Go to the other listing or back to the same listing that contains the additional item that you wish to purchase. Click « Buy it now » (only if you are seriously committed to buying the item). 4) Repeat steps 2-3 until you have accumulated the list of items that you want to purchase. 5) Send us a message through EBAY MESSAGES to combine your order. 6) We will combine your order, change the shipping and handling prices, and send you an invoice with the combined total. 7) If everything looks all right on the invoice, you may pay for your items now. If it is different than expected, please send us a message and we will have it changed. If you try to pay for the items directly through your cart or have your account set up to pay directly with your PayPal after purchase, your orders will not be combined properly and the system will charge you full price on your order.Contact Please contact us though: EBay Messages Please DO NOT contact us through e-mail or EBay's auto requests. All of our customer service is done through EBay. If there is an issue, please contact us first. You should receive a response within 24 hours of a business day Monday – Friday. Please avoid from sending multiple messages regarding the same issue because it makes it hard to get through your concerns as well as other concerns. DO NOT add a change of address request or change of product request in the payment notes section. We use a bulk shipping program and that message will not show up when fulfilling orders. All concerns regarding anything must be through EBay Messages. Change of address/shipping method/product: We use a bulk shipping system when shipping and try to ship out as soon as possible. DO NOT write any changes in the PayPal comments section or the eBay comments section because we are unable to see it when fulfilling orders. Notify us through EBay messages with the changes as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can make the change because by the time we are able to review the message, the item might already be shipped out. Please make sure that what you purchase, the address and the shipping method is correct before paying for the product.
