We try to answer as quickly as we can, but our team works standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 9-5 EST. Emails received over the weekend will be answered by the end of the day the following Monday. Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same situation. It does not provide you with a quicker response time as emails are answered in the order that they are received. WE HAVE A 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY:If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, please reach out to us FIRST so that we can assist with a resolution. We offer free 30 days returns through ebay. We are happy to pay return shipping and provide a full refund for any unused, unwashed items that are returned in the same condition that they were purchased in (including any applicable tags). We take pride in customers having a positive experience and are happy to help you in any way we can! A NOTE REGARDING FEEDBACK AND ITS PURPOSE ON EBAY:On many sites such as Amazon, reviews are intended to be about the product, rather than the seller. This can be confusing for the buyer as it is the opposite of how reviews are intended to be used on eBay. On eBay, feedback is intended to review the seller, not the item. As we do not manufacture or produce the items and are only a reseller, the review is meant to be about your experience with us as the seller. We are a small family owned and operated business that relies heavily on customer feedback to maintain our status on Ebay. If you are unhappy with this transaction for any reason, we ask that you please reach out to us directly to allow an opportunity to resolve any issues or concerns.
